How much compensation will I receive for my Personal Injury?

The amount of compensation you received will be based on two different elements and can vary massively depending on the circumstances and severity of the injury. Does it matter how long ago I was injured? 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, cases should be issued or resolved no later than 3 years after the date of injury.  The exceptional circumstances relate to situations where it is discovered an injury that was not your fault has actually caused issues that you were not previously aware of and also cases for a child or protected party.

Do you offer No Win No Fee?
