Andrew Lutterloch

Andrew Lutterloch qualified as a solicitor in 2003. He joined the commercial team in June 2023 following practicing at salaried partner level at various firms in Essex.

Andrew has a background in matrimonial and general litigation, and after developing his experience on residential conveyancing transactions now specialises in commercial property.

Expertise

Transactions including leases, lease assignments, disposals and acquisitions. Andrew also deals with a wide range of residential matters including lease extensions for both landlord and tenants, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Interests

Andrew’s main focus and time is spent enjoying time out with his family together with a mid-life crisis inducing fascination with motorcycling having gained his full motorbike licence in 2023.
