We are currently looking for a full-time Office Clerk for our Bexleyheath office to provide general administrative support for fee earners and to assist in the smooth running and general efficiency of the office.
Duties
The role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning all documents that are received by the firm
- Photocopying
- Providing reception cover and telephony cover
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Ensuring the kitchens and toilets are fully stocked
- Miscellaneous tasks connected with general office administration

- Good communication skills
This is a full-time role and working hours are 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour break for lunch.
