Hayley achieved a 2:1 in her law degree and completed her training at the firm before joining the Personal Injury department when she qualified in 2011.
She became a member of the Family Team in 2018, transferring the skills acquired in Personal Injury to successfully and seamlessly transition to family practice.
Hayley is a good listener and can quickly analyse each case and advise the best solution for her client. She has a sympathetic but direct approach and is able to quickly gain her client’s confidence and trust in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
Hayley has acted for a number of clients in children related matters where there have been complex issues, for example, parent alienation and hostility. She has also successfully enforced many Children Act orders.
Hayley enjoys theatre trips and travel, playing tennis and socialising with friends and family. She also helps raise money for good causes in her spare time, in particular, Cystic Fibrosis charities.
