Keith Riches

Keith studied Computing at university gaining a First-Class Honours Degree. He joined the firm initially working within the IT department where he gained a wealth of invaluable practical experience, honing his expertise in all aspects of the day-to-day infrastructure IT network required to ensure the smooth operation of the firm.  In 2016 when he was promoted to IT Manager.

He and his expert team of IT staff are responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the firm's IT infrastructure and have overseen a number of major upgrades, platform transitions and remote working for staff in the last few years.

In the ever-changing world of technology, Keith and his team are well equipped to provide a forward-thinking progressive approach, to ensure the firm maintains and, where appropriate acquires, up to date and innovative technology in order to keep the firm at the cutting edge of the legal sector.

Keith’s affable personality, combined with his astute critical problem-solving skills, ensures he is always approachable by staff whenever there is an IT issue to be resolved.

Expertise

Keith oversees all aspects of the firm’s IT including: 

• All systems hardware
• System Infrastructures
• Case Management systems
• Management of day-to-day support both in the office and for staff who are working remotely.

Interests

Keith enjoys cricket, running, going to the cinema and spending time with his family.
