Riya Tehara

Riya is a Paralegal working within our Private Client team based at Bexleyheath.

Riya is a Private Client Paralegal with expertise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, and estate planning. She manages her own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, offering clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s family and financial circumstances.

Her experience spans probate and estate administration, including both taxable and non-taxable estates, inheritance tax reporting, and estate accounts. This broad background enables Riya to take a holistic approach to estate planning, ensuring clients’ arrangements work seamlessly in practice.

Riya holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Greenwich and is committed to ongoing professional development within private client law. Known for her calm, professional manner and meticulous attention to detail, she delivers a high standard of client care.

Interests

Outside of work, Riya enjoys reading and travelling, with a particular interest in exploring different cultures and histories. She is passionate about learning languages and stays active through Pilates and tennis
